Shipping

Each and every piece is designed and handpainted by Toasted Glass creator, Monique Low. Therefore, you may have to allow a little time for your order to be made. Currently, orders are dispatched within 5 working days and from there, delivery times will vary according to your selected postage. 

Every piece is carefully wrapped and then securely packed for posting by Royal Mail.   Shipping is calculated by weight and UK shoppers will be given the option to select 1st or 2nd class delivery once you have begun the payment process. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 days for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 1-2 for Royal Mail 24.The shipping times apply from date of dispatch only and not from date of order. 

These services are all fully tracked. You will be sent a tracking code with your Shipping Notification email and can follow your orders progress at Royal Mail Track and Trace: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.  

We are very sorry, but overseas shipping is currently unavailable due to increased shipping costs and the likelihood of duties to be paid on delivery.

If you would like to receive email or text notifications about your parcel's progress, please leave your details when ordering (only available on Tracked 24/48. Likewise, if you would like to specify a safe place to leave your parcel, please leave details.

As all Toasted Glass pieces are custom made, I cannot accept returns or exchanges, but if an item is damaged in transit, I am happy to refund or replace, as preferred. Proof of damage is required in order to facilitate either option and should be sent in the form of photographic evidence, showing both the damage to packaging and the item itself. This is required by the shipping company insurance and unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be given without it.
If your order is incorrect - ie, wrong item sent or personalisation does not match the notes given, I accept full responsibility and will of course refund or exchange and cover the cost of return postage, if the original item needs to be sent back to me. Again, photographic evidence is required.

Please note that UK shoppers whose orders total more than £75 are eligible for free shipping.
